We recommend: 1st week, 5 tablets/day, then gradually increase to 3 x 5 tablets/day. Why? Very few people experience flatulence at first due to the high fiber and mineral content. This is generally the case with chlorella. This is not a negative thing, as the intestines move more and negative bacteria in the intestinal flora are neutralized. If flatulence is too strong, reduce the dose and slowly increase to 3 x 5. Look at it positively, this is a sign that it is working.
